Any pets sharing a pen must be from the same household and live together full time.  We can not have pets from different households in the same pen, even if they are from the same family and spend time together on a regular basis.

To keep our increases down, we will NOT be providing food for your pets stay. You must bring your own food with you. There are now so many brands that we simply cannot keep up with the variations and our wholesalers do not carry a huge range. The easiest way to do this, is to grab a pack of sandwich bags, pop the amount per meal in the bag, and pop them in a carrier to bring along with you. A tub with the correct scoop or mug or what ever you use to measure is also fine. We have freezers for anyone who feeds raw. Please try and avoid bringing a huge 15kg sack for a 3 day stay as our storage is limited.

We will email out confirmation and deposit links to our customers who are registered with us, when making a booking.  You have 7 days to make a deposit on the booking, otherwise the place will be lost.

Deposits

All bookings require a deposit to confirm the booking. This covers our admin costs, banking charges, and our time and experience. The deposit is non refundable, and non transferable.
